The Inspirational Cause:
- The Great Candy Run is dripping with sweetness in more ways than one! There will be chocolate bars for all 5K finishers and medals for the first 1,000, sweet prize money, a Tiny Tot Trot and 1-Mile Kids Run with candy boxes and medals for all, candy-aid stations along the course, costume contests, face painting, games for the whole family, and much more!
- Sweet Pete’s, an all-natural confectionery company, will be hosting an interactive candy making experience. Sugar rush guaranteed!
- Proceeds directly benefit the Fetal Health Foundation, which supports families battling a fetal syndrome during pregnancy through information, support and research. The Great Candy Run highlights awareness and provides hope to these families.
