We must admit that at the young age of 3, neither of us exactly knew what we wanted to be when we grew up. We did, however, know that we loved to have fun, be outside and play. Those little girl dreams followed us to Colorado State University when, in 1991, we were introduced as college roommates. We began a lifelong friendship based strongly on our love for life, the outdoors and adventure. After backpacking trips to New Zealand and crazy nights in Vegas, we eventually found ourselves residing in Colorado with our families.

The joy of motherhood awaited and we soon discovered the need for quality (and stylish) clothing for active moms. We wanted to create products that not only made women look good, but also made them feel strong, confident and inspired.

We founded BornFit on the solid belief that strong bodies produce a confident spirit which, as we all know, is sometimes challenged as a mother. But...with a confident spirit anything is possible!

We hope that you'll find inspiration in all of our products. Remember to continue living like you did when you were 3, always try something new and continue to grow on your journey toward healthy living.
